The petitioners being parents of the husband of the informant apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant and the petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
