Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be main assailant and charge has already been framed against him, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No. 245 of 2014, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur is again rejected.
