JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2019 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent- authorities to remove the encroachment over the public road situated at Mauja- Saphi, Khata no.-6, Khesra no. 597.

Having regard to the fact that the appropriate authority under the Act is the Circle Officer of the concerned Cirle i.e. Turkaulia, Sub-Division-Motiahri, District-East Champaran, who is vested with the power of initiating

Patna High Court CWJC No.11995 of 2019(2) dt.24-06-2019 2/2 proceedings under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the Circle Officer, Turkaulia, Sub-Division-Motiahri, District-East Champaran to examine the matter and do the needful in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

The present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
