3. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 375 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 18.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24102 of 2023.

5. At the very outset, Mr. Shwapnil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant submits that all the witnesses
