Mr.Navin Kumar Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148 149, 379, 307, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner nos.1 and 2 made repeated firing but no one received any injury. It is also alleged that a golden chain and Rs.20,000/- cash has been snatched by the

The contention of the petitioners is that no injury has been caused by the petitioners and due to enmity, the petitioners have been made accused in this case. He further submits that both the parties have filed a compromise petition before the court below. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/successor Court in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
