The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No.78 of 2019 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation, the period of one month spent by the petitioner in custody, the defence taken by the petitioner and the statment made in paragraph-3 of the application that he has no criminal antecedent he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-

Case No.78 of 2019 subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, (b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case, and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
