JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 385, 504, 506, 354(B) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(xi) of SC/ST (POA) Act.

Prosecution case is that on 7.7.2015 at 1 P.M., petitioner and other accused persons while getting the construction work of Mahadalit Samudayeek Bhawan the petitioner and others came and abused her by calling her caste name and pushed her down on the bricks by pulling her hair as a result her bangles got broken.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled due to political

Statement has been made in paragraph-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the accusation in the background of the dispute, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Asst. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I (ACJM-I), Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with SC/ST (Hajipur) P.S.
