1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-27.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that petitioner, being aggrieved by the award, has rushed to this Court when he has alternative remedy of approaching the Collector in terms of Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, but the petitioner without availing the said remedy has come to this Court, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.9651 of 2024(2) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to avail his remedy in accordance with law.

3. Permission is accorded.
