This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.03.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-15, Aurangabad in connection with Navinagar P.S. Case no. 181 of 2015 whereby discharge application of the petitioners has been rejected.

The court below has found strong prima facie case against the petitioners on the basis of accusations in the FIR and has passed the impugned order with due application of mind.
