JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2023 It is stated by learned counsel representing the State that a reasoned order has been passed in compliance of this Court's order dated 31.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 16503 of 2017, violation of which has been alleged in the present contempt application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this factual aspect of the matter. In the Court's opinion thus, this Court's order dated 31.01.2018 stands complied with and no case of deliberate disobedience thereof is made out. The contempt proceeding stands dropped accordingly. It will, however, be open for the petitioner to question the
