ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-10-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of non-discharge dated 20.05.2015 passed by the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Complaint Case No. 1208(C) of 2009.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on disputed questions of fact which can not be gone into at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The Application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. For which reason, he is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29583 of 2015 dt.08-10-2015 directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
