The order dated 22.01.2019 is alleged to have not been complied with by the respondents.

Patna High Court MJC No.2025 of 2019 dt.06-07-2022 2/2 On perusal of the order dated 22.01.2019, this Court finds that there was no direction to anyone of the respondents. In that view of the matter, there is no necessity of continuing with this petition.

The counsel for the respondents, however, submits that a representation which was filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of.

Should the petitioner feel aggrieved by the aforesaid order passed by the authority, he would have the liberty to agitate against the same before an appropriate forum. The petition is consigned and disposed off accordingly.
