1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case no. 326 of 2022, registered under sections 307, 504, 341, 323, 379, 447, 354B, 506, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is stated by the informant that the six named accused persons including the petitioner herein along with other unknown accused persons came variously armed. They started to abuse the informant and the members of his family. Thereafter, all the accused persons started to assault. Ram Singh assaulted with an iron rod on the head of the informant injuring him. On the informant's wife

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38676 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/3 coming to his rescue, she was abused and assaulted and so was his son. The accused also misbehaved with the informant's wife. Thereafter while going away it is stated that they also threatened the informant against lodging a case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is a poor lady, has been falsely implicated in the case. From perusal of the F.I.R it would transpire that a trivial dispute between neighbours led to this case. No specific overtact has been alleged against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the F.I.R. against this petitioner being general and omnibus in nature together with the petitioner being a lady having no criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case no. 326 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
