The petitioner seeks bail in Bheldi P.S. Case No. 204 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons committed murder of sister of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is neighbour and in no way related to the deceased. Only allegation against this petitioner is that he provided vehicle for treatment of the deceased and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Case No. 204 of 2021.
