2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Muffassil (Aurangabad) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners is in custody since 05.03.2023 and there is recovery of 1846.53 litres of foreign liquor from possession of the petitioners. He further submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each in some charitable organization.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of illicit liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge-Ist, Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023.

7. The petitioners' bail bonds shall be accepted only after they deposits Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each in RamaKrishna Mission Sevashrama, Swami Vivekananda Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur and produce the receipt of the same and after verifying the genuineness of the receipt the petitioners shall be released.
