2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievance of the petitioner has substantially been redressed and with respect to the statutory interest, he may be permitted to file an appropriate representation which may be directed to be decided within the stipulated period of time.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not have any objection to the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to make representation with regard to the statutory interest and if the same is found to be payable to this petitioner, an appropriate/necessary order shall be passed within the period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
