JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 Heard Mr. Jitendra Prasad Singh, counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Kinkar Kunar and Mr. Arabind Nath Pandey, for the University, Mr. Arbind Kumar GP-20 for the State and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Samrendra for the Governing Body. In view of the Pradhikar constituted under Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015 vide notification dated 19.5.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Pradhikar along with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today.
On filing of the application the Pradhikar is required to decide the dispute of validity of appointment and payment
Patna High Court CWJC No.10347 of 2018(4) dt.28-08-2019 3/3 out of the fund out of the fund allotted by the State Government at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of filing of such application.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
