In the present case, petitioner is challenging the order dated 30.12.2015 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Bihar Urban Development Agency, Town Development and Housing Department, Bihar, Patna by which his application for work contract has been rejected on the ground of nonfulfillment of condition at Sl.No.19(3) of the Tender Invitation Information No.03 of 2015-16. In such view of the matter, the Superintending Engineer, Bihar Urban Development Agency, Town Development & Housing Department, Bihar, Patna is directed to consider the objection of the petitioner and dispose of the matter after due consideration of the fact within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
