Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced from the order of this Court keeping in mind that the dispute has been compromised between the parties.
