ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 25-07-2024 The only relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is seeking a direction to Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the Supply Appeal No. 5 of 2024 pending before the said authority as expeditiously as possible.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the Supply Appeal No. 5 of 2024 preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any
