2. The petitioner in this application prays for grant of regular bail in connection with Barahat P.S. Case no. 95 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on a search being conducted a loaded country made katta was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered either from the petitioner's possession or from his house. The cause of his false implication is his antecedent. He is in custody since 21.3.2025 and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. and his being in custody since 21.3.2025, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Barahat P.S. Case no. 95 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
