Sri Prakash Kumar, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd., submits that the relief sought by the petitioner with regard to restoring power connection as against the consumer no. 23360012604 has already been restored with the intervention of this Court and, insofar, the demand, which has been raised

Patna High Court CWJC No.8348 of 2026(2) dt.27-05-2026 2/2 contrary to the award passed by the Lokadalat dated 22.10.2019, which is subject matter of C.W.J.C. No. 3433 of 2026, the respondents may be restored with a liberty to ventilate the grievances in accordance with law.

3. On the other hand, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha, learned senior counsel, submits that he no objection to such submission in view of the electric connections having been restored as against the consumer no. 23360012604.

4. Considering the fact that the relief sought in the writ petition has already been redressed, the writ petition stands disposed of.
