2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that during pendency of this application the petitioner has already been apprehended by the police.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
