The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kesariya P. S. Case No. 143 of 2015 registered under Section 304 B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the prosecution case, the niece of the informant was married to the son of the petitioner about one year ago and on 06.06.2015 in the morning he got information that his niece was done to death and her dead body was lying in her matrimonial home. On the aforesaid information when he went to the matrimonial home of his niece, he found her dead body and all the in-laws had fled away after killing her.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49544 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 Regard being had to the serious nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
