This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Though the allegation is that one Nago Singh fired from his pistol but the injury is on the toe of the leg of informant's sister-in-law and there was no intervening circumstance and other allegation is of committing theft.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
