In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 311 of 2014 registered for offence under sections 302, 364, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court has called for the case diary. Paras 12, 15, 16, 17, 33, 36, 37, 39, 46, 47, 54 and 73 of the case diary, are sufficiently indicating the involvement of the petitioner in the manner the crime has been purported.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. The court below is directed to early dispose of the trial.
