Petitioner seeks bail in Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No.64 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there was love affair between victim and the petitioner.

Victim has given statement under Section 164 CrPC from which it appears that both were knowing each other and were also talking on telephone.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36321 of 2019(4) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No.64 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
