The petitioner seeks bail in Digha P.S. Case No.149 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. On the day of earthquake all persons came out from the house. When Ram Kumari Devi returned she found her son in pool of blood. During investigation the police has found that the victim was killed by his own brother Satrudhan Paswan and in order to help her own son Ram Kumari Devi concealed the arms. There is direct allegation against the petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52288 of 2015 (3) dt.09-02-2016 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.
