The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 204 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner, the husband is of killing his wife due to dowry. Death occurred in 2020. Accordingly, FIR lodged and the petitioner despite being his husband chose to walk into judicial custody in the year 2022 and in the aforesaid background as also the allegation that has been alleged in the FIR, this Court is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail which is accordingly rejected.
