One motorcycle was recovered in abandoned condition and after recovery of the aforesaid motorcycle, it came to light that one Shambhu Mehta made his confessional statement in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2013 stating therein that above-said recovered motorcycle and one another motorcycle had been given by the petitioner and thereafter, on the basis of aforesaid statement, the present case was registered against the petitioner and others.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53922 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 115 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Shri Pradeep Kumar Choudhary, J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura.
