JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 16.07.2018 passed in Arms License Case No. 430 of 2010 by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, by filing appropriate appeal, however, seeks a direction upon the appellate authority to consider all the issues to be raised by the petitioner in the said appeal and also decide the same on merits. The learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection to the aforesaid proposal.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the appellate authority against the aforesaid order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.6800 of 2018(4) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 16.07.2018 and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider all the issues raised by the petitioner in the appeal and pass a final order on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation, forthwith.
