Petitioner seeks bail in Jankinagar P.S. Case No.71 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 8/20B of the NDPS Act pending in the Court of the Special Judge, NDPS Act, Purnea.

It is alleged that total 130 Kg. Ganja has been recovered from the truck. Petitioner along with two other accused was found in truck. They were arrested by the police. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Khalasi. He has no concern with aforesaid Ganja. Petitioner was arrested from the truck, which was found loaded with huge quantity of Ganja.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.
