2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.1456 of 2021 dt.24-01-2022 2/2 writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, command/commands for directing the respondents to voluntarily retire the petitioner and make payment of entire dues of retiral benefit i.e. Gratuity, arrear salary, leave encashment, Group Insurance, Family Pension and its consequential benefits as the petitioner became disabled in Government duty. He was promoted to the Post of W/C Assistant Line man P.M. under Twang Electric Division, Twang Arunachal Pradesh in the scale of pay Rs. 3050-75-3950-80-4590."

3. Grievance of the petitioner is relating to voluntary retirement followed by retiral benefits.

4. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
