The petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 244 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 22 and 23 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. The police has intercepted the bus, made a search and recovered 12 Kg. of opium kept over the rack of the bus where the petitioner was sitting below the rack. When the police has asked about his whereabout and purpose he could not give proper reply. The petitioner is in jail since 8.8.2015. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at
