JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 The petitioner has sought direction to the respondent authorities to investigate Malsalami PS Case No. 313 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code and to include the names of the accused in the said FIR.

Mr. Ravi Bhushan Verma, learned Government Pleader, states that the grievance of the petitioner as mentioned in the writ application shall be taken into consideration by the Investigating Officer while investigating the offences in respect of the FIR lodged on the complaint of the petitioner.
