JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Vide Memo No. 49 dated 17.09.2016, it has been submitted by learned court below that a further period of six months' time be granted for concluding the trial. The earlier bail applications of the petitioners were rejected vide order dated 05.11.2015 with a direction to conclude the trial preferably within a period of nine months. The learned court below is granted further a period of six months time to conclude the trial on day to day basis.
