JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, he was arrested in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015 and confessed his guilt disclosing his involvement in the present case.

It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 25-07-2015 but uptill now, the I.O. did not take pain to arrange the Test Identification Parade. Moreover, investigation has already been completed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54726 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Lalan Prasad, J.M.-Ist Class, Jamui.
