====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 257/2018, instituted for offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of I.P.C.

It is alleged by the Choukidar that during duty he got information that dead body of a woman is lying in the field. The dead body was not identified on spot. The informant has claimed that some unknown person has killed the deceased and thrown her dead body in the field. The F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been made accused merely on suspicion. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case after three months of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 257/18, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relatives of the petitioner.
