This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under section 302, 201/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The FIR is against unknown. The only material against the petitioner that the petitioner has threatened the informant. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh) P.S. case No. 165/2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
