2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown for committing theft of ornaments and other articles from the house of informant.

4. Name of the petitioner transpired during investigation. From perusal of case diary, it appears that petitioner used to purchase stolen articles and has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of
