Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 20.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.49192 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-II, Danapur (Additional Sessions JudgeII, Danapur) in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.547 of 2017, but the case is pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur.

Having considered the facts, the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No.49192 of 2019, and accordingly, the order dated 20.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc.
