2. With the consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed at the stage of admission itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the for the relief as claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detail representation before the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Madhepura, respondent No.8 and prays that appropriate direction be issued to the Civil

Patna High Court CWJC No.12631 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/3 Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Madhepura, respondent No.8 to decide the representation of the petitioner on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State has no objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detail representation before the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Madhepura, respondent No.8, within one month from today and if such a representation is filed, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Madhepura, respondent No.8, shall decide the same on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. The entire exercise must be completed by the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Madhepura, respondent No.8 within six months from the date of filing of the representation.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
