A kid aged about 12 months namely Viraj Gupta got slipped from near his house on account of which, search was made and during course thereof, petitioner was found carrying the same, who was apprehended and is under custody since 23.03.2015. Furthermore, it is apparent from the order impugned that charge has already been framed against the petitioner. Considering the totality of the event, petitioner Md. Ali is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sessions Trial No.464 of 2015 arising out of Raxaul P. S. Case no.76 of 2015.
