JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this court, vide order, dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66001 of 2018 but liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if his trial is not concluded within 6 months.
