This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4359 of 2020. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on 30.06.2020 anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner but the petitioner could not surrender within the prescribed time due to non-communication of the order. Hence, he seeks further four weeks time to surrender before the Court below.

It appears that on 30.06.2020, bail was granted to the petitioner and the same was also uploaded and e-mailed but due to technical fault of internet, e-mail could not be communicated to the concerned court.

No. 4359 of 2020 vide order dated 30.06.2020, be extended by further four weeks from today in connection with Dobhi Sherghati P.S. Case No. 443 of 2019 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. Accordingly, the order dated 30.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4359 of 2020 is modified to the above extent.
