Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 17.01.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in S.T. No. 435/2022 arising out of Phulparas P.S. Case No. 185/2021 whereby and whereunder the application filed by the petitioner under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. was rejected.
