Owing to difficulties on account of the COVID - 19 Pandemic, it is submitted that the petitioner could not contact the Pairvikar and, as such, could not avail the benefit of the order dated 27.08.2020 by surrendering in the Court within four weeks from the said date.

Prayer is made for extension of the time for surrender. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court would allow further two weeks time from today to the petitioner to surrender in the Court in terms of the earlier order dated 27.08.2020 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 20880 of 2020.
