Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced in the statement of co-accused that the petitioner was involved in sale and purchase of stolen motorcycle. When the police raided the house of the petitioner, nothing was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of material and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36575 of 2019(2) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) Police Station Case No.97 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
