JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 22-11-2016 The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against an order passed by the learned Single Bench of this Court on 21st of September, 2016 in C.W.J.C. No. 9348 of 2015 whereby the writ application has been ordered to be listed in usual course. We find that such order is an interlocutory order which does not decide any lis between the parties.

Patna High Court LPA No.1922 of 2016 dt.22-11-2016 2/2 Therefore, in terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported as Midnapore Peoples' Co-Op. Bank Ltd. Vs.
