2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken by the State-respondents in their counter affidavit it appears that the land of the petitioner is excluded from the construction of Ravidas Bhawan and it appears from

Patna High Court CWJC No.1486 of 2021 dt.15-07-2024 2/2 Annexure-C of the counter affidavit that Ravidas Bhawan is constructed on Plot Nos.833 and 834 apart from that, the stand of the State Govt. that approval for the construction of Ravidas Bhawan has been given on Government land and not on private land of the petitioner. Further sumits that the petitioner is claiming that the approval of construction of Ravidas Bhawan has been given on his private land and apart from that, the scheme of the construction of Ravidas Bhawan is cancelled but the Department vide letter No.3036 dated 18.09.2020 has cancelled the scheme itself.

3. In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the petitioner has filed the writ application in haste and in view of the aforesaid stand by the State-respondents, no case is made out for interference.
